TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
This Terms & Conditions Agreement (also known as an T&CA) states information and conditions while playing on our Minecraft Realm.
By playing our Realm you automatically agree to these terms and conditions effective 4/16/2021 (DD/MM/YYYY). To keep a safe environment 5 Frame Studios community management team has set in place rigid rules to keep our growing community safe and an enjoyable place for all players. These rules are set to change as we see fit and we reserve the right to change, edit, remove, kill, and or alter anything that could potentially cause issues in the Realm without notice.
Introduction
Thanks for choosing to play on a 5 Frame Studios community Realm (5 Frame Studios LLC “we” “us” “our”). By using 5 Frame Studios websites, servers, or realms, or other intellectual property, you are bound to the Terms and Conditions as written below and above. We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement at any time, for any reason. We reserve the right to enforce rules not listed on this document and rules listed on the document as well. Punishments are including but not limited to: our discord, our website, our products, or/and our realms and servers.

To keep a safe environment, 5 Frame Studios' community management & leadership team has organized a magnificent set of rules to keep our growing and expanding community safe so that it can be seen as an enjoyable place for all players. These rules are set to change as we see fit and reserve the right to change, edit, remove, kill, and or alter anything that could potentially cause issues in the Realm, or any other intellectual property created, owned, or managed by us, without notice.
The following rules may be referred to as the roman numeral in addition to the capital letter displaying in sequence from the prior numeral. These terms can, cannot, may, may not, be applied to all intellectual property of 5 Frame Studios LLC. All terminologies and conditions are up to 5 Frame Studios LLC’s interpretation, reasoning, and unreasoning.
IA: Depiction of (including but not limiting to) male, female, transgender, gender neutral, non-binary, agender, pangender, genderqueer, two-spirit, third gender, including all of the following listed, or none of the following listed, or a combination of the following listed genders- genitalia in any way (all inclusive of the ensuing list): Blocks, Items, Words, Symbols, Emojis, Entities, Arrangements, Formations, or any depictable visual of the prior listed genders of genetalia will not be tolerated. These depictions only apply to players of lower rank than leadership. Leadership can choose when or if to enforce this rule depending on what they think about the situation.

AntiKnockback, NoSlowDown, Criticals, Flight, Bunnyhop/B-Hop, Reach, Speed, Aimbot, Annoy, AutoArmor, AutoBlock, AutoDisconnect, AutoFish, AutoMine, AutoSoup, AutoSteal, AutoSwitch, AutoSword, AutoTool, AutoWalk, AntiAFK, AntiFire, AntiSlip, AntiCactus, AntiBlind, AntiPotion, AntiSpam, BaseFinder, Blink, Breadcrumbs, Backstep, CaveFinder, ChestESP, Day, Dolan Speech/Fancy Chat, ElytraSpeed, FastBuild, FastPlace, FreeMove, FastFall, Follow, Freecam, FastEat, Fullbright, FastLadder, FightBot, Glide, GhostHand, HackSign, Headless, HealthTags, HighJump, ImpossibleInventory, ItemESP, Invincibility, Insult, Jesus, Jetpack, Liquids, MenuWalk, MileyCyrus, MultiAura, MassTPA, MiddleClickFriends, NameTags, Nuker, NoFall, NoFlinch, NoHurtCam, NoWeb, Overlay, ProphuntESP, PluginFinder, Phase, Panic, PlayerESP/MobESP/AnimalESP, Regen, Respawn/Auto-Respawn, RemoteView, SafeWalk, Sneak, SleepWalk, SpeedMine, Spider, Sprint, Step, Timer, Teleport, TP-Aura, Triggerbot, Tracers, Throw, Trajectories, V-Clip, WorldDownloaded, and X-Ray will not be allowed to use in (including but not limiting to): “our” realms, servers, websites, discord, or any other form of- listed as: “our”, “we”-, 5 Frame Studios LLC’s intellectual property.
IIB: Defining client modifications/ hacked clients: A hacked client is a version of Minecraft that can be played on any server/realm/world that allows you to add extra modifications to the game that improve your gaming experience, usually, but not limiting to, giving you an advantage above other players.
IIC: Client modifications do include resource packs that can be applied to your client while using the realms or servers. If we determine that your pack gives any sort of advantage, including but not limited to: Advantages over other players, other entities, over blocks, items, or any other determinable object inside of the Minecraft universe.
IID: Defining client modifications with a subcategory of resource packs: Resource packs provide a way for players to customize textures, models, music, sounds, languages, texts such as the end poem, splashes, credits, and fonts without any code modification.
IIE: This rule is still implied and enforced even if someone approves your client modification at any point in time, this approval includes players, donators, realm staff, admin, or leadership; however, note those approval positions are not limited to those titles, but they do include them. Decisions about approved client modifications can be (and are allowed to be) reversed at any due time, without prior notices, warnings, or what is also known as a heads-up. Full punishments may ensue once a decision has been overturned.
IIIA: Picking up, obtaining, in any way, into your player’s inventory, hot-bar, off-hand, on-hand, or any other place accessible for you to use, including but not limited to: a potentially hacked item, or any other such item, object, block, entity, or such as an updated version of a following example, or such as a future version of such, is not allowed. Future versions can mean blocks that come into updates. Blocks might not be the exact name, but in inference, 5 Frame Studios LLC can determine whether or not you are in violation or not, regardless of your interpretation.
IIIB: All example item, block, entity, or object names in the prior list may be expanded upon, may be renamed, may be taken into a different form of, may be changed, may be adjusted to see fit the eyes of the personnel acquiring the leadership position oath 5 Frame Studios LLC.
IIIC: Punishments will be allocated as leadership sees fit, not as players see fit. Punishments are including but not limited to: Permanent Bans, Temporary Bans, Permanent Mutes, Temporary Mutes, Kicks, Removals, and or warnings. Punishments may be pursued on more than a singular or relevant 5 Frame Studios LLC platform. This specific rule, identified: IIIC, can be applied to all rulings listed into the 5 Frame Studios LLC Realm Rules document, identified: 5 Frame Studios Terms & Conditions Agreement.
IVA: All 5 Frame Studios LLC Rules are made with the utmost care and attention, but most importantly, they have, as all rule books do, exploits, bypassings, and or misinterpretations. 5 Frame Studios LLC reserves the right to interpret this set of rules how we intend for it to be interpreted as.
IVB: Moving around, between, or through these rules suspiciously, mistrustingly, purposefully, accidentally, or misbehaving, can result in punishments, more thoroughly regarded in section IIIC.
IVC: 5 Frame Studios LLC holds the right to view any act as a violation of terms and conditions section IVA.
VA: The use of any strong language, including acronyms, abbreviations, symbols, or any shortened forms of strong, vulgar, abusive, accusatory, or harmful language is not allowed. Punishments may include all of section IIIC.
VIA: Reporting hackers, rule breakers, or any other form of chaos, harm, or disorder causers is very important for keeping everyone in the realm happy. “Rule breakers” classifies as one whom breaks, disregards, of some form, all, some, combination, singular, many, but not none of these rules. Use the discord and the discord only to report hackers. Open a support ticket to properly report hackers. Publicly announcing a hacker has joined is not a proper way of reporting and can result in punishments. Punishments can include discord warnings, mutes, temp mutes, kicks, bans, temp bans, role removals, and any other form of punishment that leadership sees fit. Punishments can extend to the realms, servers, or other products/ intellectual property of 5 Frame Studios LLC as seen fit.
VIB: We want to note that this rule is only in place to restrict people from constantly breaking out arguments, and usually will not be enforced unless constant reiteration is occurring.
VIIA: Griefing builds that are not your own builds may result in any punishment listed in section IIIC. This rule will not be enforced in realms/servers, such as anarchy or factions, where the goal is to raid, grief, or loot.
VIIB: Entering a claim that isn't yours and adjusting any property inside of it can result in punishment. That includes stealing, griefing- which includes building or destroying-, or any other adjustments made inside of the said claim. This rule will not be enforced in realms/servers, such as anarchy or factions, where the goal is to raid, grief, or loot.
VIIIA: Keeping a non-toxic community is very important to the leadership here at 5 Frame Studios LLC. If we view your behavior as toxic in any manner, we have the right to follow procedures from section IIIC. For the most part, “most part” meaning not always, not never, but sometimes, this is what we view as being toxic: Looking to call people out for something they may or may not have done, but you assume they did for your own convenience; i.e reporting someone publicly without any real evidence, or reporting someone publicly in general, or saying that you are going to report them, etc. Cont. listing: Not following section VA specifically towards a player or group of players. Cont. listing: Being excessive towards other players with a certain behavior. Cont. listing: being harmful or unpleasant in a pervasive or insidious way.
VIIIB: This rule is up to leadership and staff interpretation, not your own. If you think you are not being toxic, but we do, your ruling makes no difference. In short, your opinion will make no impact.
IXA: Do not claim land, officially or unofficially, by word of mouth or by silence, around any public areas. Do not surround public areas with claims. Do not block access in any way to public areas. This rule is included but not limited to public areas.
IXB: You may get your claim removed and receive no compensation for it.
IXC: You may receive punishments regarding section IIIC for it.
XA: Having excessive tile entities, listed as examples: item frames, chests, containers, some listed in section IIIA, including only some, not all, or a combination of, but not limiting to.
XB: Having excessive entities, listed as examples: Zombies, Cows, Armor Stands, are inclusive to the list but do not limit the list to those examples, can result in a punishment, listed below in the series of section X rules.
XC: Note that not all blocks are tile entities. Example: You can have unlimited dirt, stone, etc at your base, as long as they are not in item form, which would create them into an entity.
XD: Item forms of blocks meaning you throw something out of your inventory and into, onto, or around the world. Rule of series X is not limited to just blocks in item form, but can be expanded to more objects.
XIA: While in combat, meaning in fighting, conflict, trouble, or running from players, you cannot log out. Combat logging will result in punishment such as listed in section IIIC in this document.
XIIA: Tilling grass, making pathways, altering tree bark in the hub can result in a warning and then a dismissal from the realm. Multiple occurrences will result in a ban. Realms, servers, or any property is included in this rule. The hub is not limited to the only place where this rule is implied. Any public place that makes sense.
XIIIA: Accepting items or any object from a hacker or illegitimate player will result in a punishment if the item is not thrown out or if staff is not alerted.
XIVA: AFKing is not allowed when the realm player count is over 5 in ANY realm. Can result in a kick, but after multiple kicks, can result in a 15 day ban. After that, can result in a bigger ban.
XVA: Spawn killing players is not allowed. This is defined by killing a player with little to no items in a short span of time when they did not choose to go to a PVP location, or if they are not the aggressor.
